Go Live
Broadcast a rehearsal straight from your browser — to the band, or to anyone with your band page.
What it is
Go Live streams audio from one person's browser to everyone listening, with about a second of delay. It is audio only — there is no video — and it is built for rehearsals, writing sessions and soundchecks rather than for a polished broadcast.
- One person broadcasts; up to 50 people listen.
- Every session is recorded. When you stop, the take is uploaded and filed with your other recordings, so a good jam is not lost just because it was live.
- While you are streaming, a LIVE pill appears in the band sidebar so the rest of the band can join in one click.
Going live
Open Live in the band sidebar and set three things before you start:
- Input: pick your microphone or interface, then use Test input to watch the meter move before anyone is listening.
- Title: what the session is, up to 120 characters.
- Who can listen: Members or Public. There is no Private option for a live stream — see Visibility & Sharing. Public streams are reachable from your band page.
Listening
Band members can join from the Live page, the LIVE pill in the sidebar, or the dashboard. If the stream is public, anyone can listen from your band page without an account — no sign-up, no app.
Streaming from a DAW
There is no plugin to install. Route your DAW's master output into a virtual audio device — BlackHole or Loopback on macOS, VB-Cable or VoiceMeeter on Windows — and choose that device in the input picker.
Capture runs with echo cancellation, noise suppression and automatic gain control switched off, so your mix arrives the way you made it rather than being second-guessed by the browser.

Ending a session
Stop the stream from the live page. The recording uploads and is linked to the session, and anyone still listening sees an "ended" card pointing at it. The person who started the stream can end it, and so can an owner or admin.
