Creating Events
Add events to keep the band informed and organized.
Event Details
- Title: Name of the event
- Date & Time: When the event starts and ends
- Location: Where the event takes place
- Category: Type of event (rehearsal, gig, etc.)
All-Day Events
For events without a specific time (like a recording deadline), toggle the "All Day" option. These appear at the top of the calendar day.
Recurring Events
Set up events that repeat on a schedule.
Repeat Options
- Daily: Every day or every X days
- Weekly: Same day(s) every week (e.g., every Tuesday rehearsal)
- Monthly: Same date each month
- Custom: Set specific recurrence rules
RSVP & Attendance
Let the band know if you can make it.

Attendance Overview
Each event shows who's attending, who's maybe, and who can't make it. Event organizers can see at a glance if enough people are confirmed.
