Creating Events
Add events to keep the band informed and organized.
Event Details
- Title: Name of the event
- Date & Time: When the event starts and ends
- Location: Where the event takes place
- Category: Type of event (rehearsal, gig, etc.)
All-Day Events
For events without a specific time (like a recording deadline), toggle the "All Day" option. These appear at the top of the calendar day.
Recurring Events
Set up events that repeat on a schedule.
Repeat Options
- Daily: Every day or every X days
- Weekly: Same day(s) every week (e.g., every Tuesday rehearsal)
- Monthly: Same date each month
- Custom: Set specific recurrence rules
RSVP & Attendance
Let the band know if you can make it.

Attendance Overview
Each event shows who's attending, who's maybe, and who can't make it. Event organizers can see at a glance if enough people are confirmed.

Gigs and Show Plans
A gig on the calendar can have a show: the page where the band plans it and, afterwards, keeps the record of what you played.
- Plan this show: on an upcoming gig, the Show plan card creates its show, starting from the gig's setlist if it has one. Once the show exists, the card says Open show plan.
- Attach a setlist: on any event, the Setlist card lets anyone who can edit the event attach one of the band's setlists, swap it or remove it. A gig that has a show plans its set on the show instead: the card links there (Plan the set on the show / Planned on the show), and the gig always carries the show's planned set.
- Booked from Shows: a new upcoming show adds a members-only gig to the calendar for you. RSVP from either page; it's the same answer in both places. Upcoming shows booked before show planning arrived got their gig added too.
- Kept in step: the show leads. Change its title, date, time or venue and the gig follows. Edit the gig on the calendar and the show follows too, until the show has been played. Cancelling the gig never deletes the show; the show page just tells you it was cancelled.
- After the gig: the card links to the show's archive, or offers Archive as show for a past gig that has no show yet.
