Band Jams is an audio collaboration platform that allows users to upload, share, and collaborate on audio files. Features include timestamped comments, real-time collaboration, file sharing, and project management tools for audio content.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
