Creating Setlists
Start a new setlist for each show or event.
Setlist Details
- Name: Give your setlist a descriptive name (e.g., "Summer Festival 2024")
- Description: Add notes about the venue, audience, or set goals
Drag-and-Drop Ordering
Reorder songs by dragging them to new positions. Build your set flow with openers, high-energy peaks, and closers.
Setlist Entries
Each song in your setlist can include helpful performance details.
Entry Fields
- Title: Song name
- Duration: Estimated length (helps track total set time)
- Key: Musical key for quick reference
- BPM: Tempo for click track or metronome
- Notes: Performance notes, cues, or reminders
Total Duration
The setlist automatically calculates total running time based on individual song durations. Plan your set to fit your time slot.
Quick Reference
Key and BPM are visible at a glance. Great for bands using backing tracks or in-ear click.
Stage View
A full-screen presentation view optimized for on-stage use. Stage View is the setlist reader you run on your own device on stage — it is not Go Live, which broadcasts your audio to the band in real time.

Sharing Setlists

Setlists and Shows
A show's planned set is one of your setlists, not a separate copy.
- Start it on the show's Planned set card: an empty set titled after the show, or a copy of one of your setlists (the original stays as it is). When you plan a gig from the calendar, the gig's setlist comes along. The gig on the calendar always points at the same setlist.
- Edit it here as usual; the show always shows the current version. On show day the show page has a one-tap link to its Live Mode (Stage View).
- Planned for: a setlist that is a show's plan lists that show (with its date, and whether it's upcoming, tonight or played) on the setlist page, one tap back to the show.
- Locked sets: once the band locks the set on the show, the setlist can't have songs added, removed, reordered or renamed, here or anywhere else. The setlist page says so and links to the show, where anyone in the band (not guests) can unlock it. Live Mode keeps recording song timings on a locked set.
- After the gig, Copy the planned setlist copies its songs once into the show's own Setlist as played. Editing that copy never changes the setlist, so you can reuse it for the next show.
